Override user notification rules?

Is there a way the Account owner (or Global Admin or Manager, etc) can override user notification rule settings? Thanks.

Hi Stephen,

There isn’t a way to control or require what notifications a user adds to their profile, but you can update a users notification rules using our REST API as described here.

If you would like a list of your users’ notifications rules to perform an audit and make changes, feel welcome to reach out to support@pagerduty.com and we can get this information for you.
